Summary
The Northern Territory (NT) Government will review current KPI requirements to ensure quality services.
This will be done in consultation with industry.
The introduction of sanctions where industry fails to meet the agreed KPI standards will also be considered.
Status
The NT Government has actively been in consultation with the CPVRAF to identify KPIs and any sanctions that may apply to KPI breaches.
Following agreement among CPVRAF members, the NT Government is currently establishing a CPVRAF sub-working group involving key members of the CPV industry to assist with establishing appropriate and achievable KPIs.
This decision will be implemented with decision 2 - KPIs and sanctions for multiple purpose taxis.
