Summary
Apply KPIs for dispatched MPT jobs and apply sanctions for breaches.
The government, in consultation with the Commercial Passenger Vehicle Review Advisory Forum (CPVRAF), will develop appropriate sanctions for industry participants that don't meet agreed KPIs.
Status
The government has actively been in consultation with the CPVRAF to initiate discussions about identifying:
- KPIs
- any sanctions that may apply to KPI breaches.
Following agreement amongst CPVRAF members, the government is in the process of forming a CPVRAF sub-working group involving key members of the CPV industry, which aims to assist with identifying achievable KPIs.
This decision will be implemented with decision 6 - strengthen data gathering and apply sanctions to KPI model.
