Draft Codes of Conduct
Point-to-Point Transport Services Codes of Conduct (Taxis, Minibuses, Private Hire Cars and Ridesharing)
Codes of Conduct provide minimum service delivery standards for taxi, minibus, private hire car and ridesharing drivers in the point-to-point transport industry.
The Codes are designed to advise drivers of their responsibilities and obligations and supports the intent of applicable Commercial Passenger Vehicle (CPV) legislation.
The Codes are also designed to assist all CPV industry members to provide a high quality service to passengers.
Private Hire Car and Ridesharing Draft Codes of Conducts
Two new Codes of Conduct have been drafted for the private hire car and ridesharing industries and are available below.

Both the taxi and minibus Codes of Conduct have been reviewed and are available below.
