How much is your land worth?

Published

The NT Government’s Valuer-General will be issuing Notices of Valuation to land owners in the Katherine Town Council Local Government Area, Coomalie Community Government Council Area and Wagait Shire Council Area in October.

This happens every three years to let you know the Unimproved Capital Value (UCV) of land you own.

The Notice of Valuation will tell you how much your land alone is worth, not including your house, fence or any other above ground improvements.
